We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

* Unworn and unused
* In original condition with tags attached
* Returned in original packaging
* Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

* Pakistan: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
* International (including KSA): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
We will resolve the issue promptly.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

* Sale items
* Gift cards
* Customized or made-to-order pieces

 

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order once your return is approved.


International Orders (KSA & GCC)

* Customers are responsible for any custom duties or taxes imposed by their country.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
